Production Capabilities
Sentinel Products Corp is committed to twin screw
technology for compounding. Our production lines are computer
controlled with SPC capability. All components are gravimetrically
fed to the compounder assuring uniformity of composition.

Development
Sentinel Products Corp Development Team will work with you
to develop custom compounds and concentrates for your specific
requirement. With the ability to test compounds on lab scale
equipment, your risk is reduced when incorporating new products
into a production environment.

Sentinel Specialty Compounds
Heat resistance, creep resistance, scratch, wear
and corrosion resistance, barrier properties, toughness and
impact strength, improved adhesion and moisture resistance
are a few of the physical and mechanical properties that can
be improved with crosslinking.
Sentinel Products specializes in compounds and concentrates
that are crosslinkable. Dependent on the application, process
and base materials, Peroxide Crosslinking or Saline Grafting
Technologies will be used to alter the polymer network to
produce a product that fits your application.
Peroxide Crosslinked Compounds- This process
provides a compound that is used to produce a product that
is heat curable.
Saline Grafting- is a reactive extrusion
technology that grafts a silane on the polymer backbone, This
process provides a compound that is moisture curable.
